Shipping policy

At House of Noor, we take pride in delivering your orders quickly, securely, and with care. All orders are shipped from Alberta, Canada using trusted carriers — Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or DHL. House of Noor reserves the right to choose which carriers we ship orders through. Our carrier partners may change without notice. 

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. For example, an order placed on Saturday will be processed by a maximum of the following Tuesday.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🚚 Delivery Time

  • Alberta: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • Rest of Canada: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days, depending on location. Free shipping on orders CAD $75+. Standard Canada wide shipping $15 CAD. Local next day delivery in Calgary & surrounding areas for $5 CAD if ordered by 12PM MDT. If you are local Calgary and choose the free shipping option at $75, your order will take 3-5 business days to arrive. You must pay $5 CAD for next day local shipping options.

  • Expedited or express options may be available at checkout for faster delivery.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when your order meets the posted minimum spend. Standard free shipping applies at $75 CAD. This may change without notice at any time. Free shipping on orders $75+ may take 3-8 business days + 1-2 business days for processing.

  • All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier.

❗ Delays or Lost Packages

The Delivery and Processing time given are estimates we use. We cannot guarantee that every shipment will arrive within the allotted time given, however, House of Noor does commit to consistently communicating with our customers in regards to delays.

If your package is delayed or missing, please email hello@houseofnoor.ca with your order number. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the courier as quickly as possible.
