Refund policy

At House of Noor, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand by the quality of every item we curate and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging ready to resell.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Skincare, bath, or body products that have been opened or used

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at safiullah.yyc@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • If the return does not meet the conditions above, it will not be sent back to you, unless you (the customer) pays for shipping.
